Refund Policy
Arte.Net products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size choice, or change of mind, except where required by applicable consumer law.
We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.
To start a claim, contact us at service@arte.net. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For EU/EEA/UK customers, statutory cancellation rights may apply. However, made-to-order, custom, or personalized goods may be exempt from cancellation rights where permitted by law.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
