Arte.Net products are made to order. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipment.

We ship by UPS, Swiss Post, and other tracked carriers depending on destination and product type. Greeting cards and selected print products may ship from Switzerland. Other print, canvas, and framed products may ship from Switzerland, Europe, the United Kingdom, or the United States depending on customer location and production availability.

Estimated delivery after production: Switzerland 2–5 business days; European Union 3–8 business days; United Kingdom 4–10 business days; United States 5–12 business days; rest of world 7–21 business days.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Import duties, customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility unless collected at checkout.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
